Nearly 30 years in investment management across government, superannuation and wholesale funds; former Chief Investment Officer of Funds SA (2016–2024), where he led investment strategies for AUD 48.0 billion of funds under management. Holds a Grad Dip in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University.
Provides risk support, drawing on project-finance and infrastructure-management expertise. 22+ years at ANZ spanning Head of Energy, Loans & Specialised Finance and Head of Oil & Gas, Project & Export Finance. Previously Managing Director of Project Finance for Société Générale, managing and underwriting energy projects across Europe and the United States. A CPA, with a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University.
Provides governance and risk oversight across every transaction. A Managing Director at Castle Harlan since 2007; previously an investment-banking professional at Citigroup advising on M&A. Eric leads Castle Harlan's private equity business and holds an MBA from Stanford Business School, having graduated from Duke University in Electrical Engineering.
Supports US manufacturer-partnership development, working alongside the engagement team. Managing Director at Castle Harlan leading its private equity practice with Eric Schwartz; previously an analyst at RBC Capital Markets focused on M&A and equity/debt financing. Holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and is a graduate of Georgetown University.
Chairs the Committee with direct oversight of risk-policy adherence across every acquisition and financing decision. 30+ years of international structured finance, syndication and capital-markets experience across Australia, Asia and Europe. Previously Head of Capital Markets Asia for Caterpillar Finance. Holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Securities Law) from Monash University.
Represents the executive on the Committee and holds final approval authority over its recommendations. He founded Monard Capital in 2020 after a decade as CEO of Maia Financial Holdings Co and 14 years at GE Capital, leading Asian Aviation Finance across Asia-Pacific. Daniel's studies culminated with a Master of Finance from Kaplan Business School.
Leads Development & Construction as Senior Partner. He specialises in appointing and overseeing complex, multi-million-dollar construction programmes for corporations, agencies and institutions in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device and high-tech sectors. As President & CEO of Xnergy, he grew the firm from zero to nearly USD 100 million in backlog within five years, earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 and fastest-growing company lists.
